No return address shown on cartoon/sketch.


Rev’d Daniel Trott confirms that the window is NOT at All Saints.


Julie Craig of companion church St. Mary’s also confirms the work is not at her church.


All Saints, Fulham also confirm it is not there.


Glasby worked for Henry Holiday until 1905 then, after a gap of four years, he started

work for Morris & Co. Perhaps this sketch, dated 1908, was an effort to get started on his own account. Hence no return address shown.


It is unusual in that it is painted on a thick sketch board bought from an art supplier. Other sketches are on grey card.
