The Work:- Plaque in Opus Sectile mosaic


Date:- 1923.


Location:- North Wall from the Porch entrance.


Subject:- The Good Shepherd.


Inscription:- “The Lord is my Shepherd”.


Dedication:- “To the Glory of GOD and in loving memory of SIR JOHN RUNTZ. J.P.

Who fell asleep Nov. 4th 1922. R.I.P.”.

Front of the cartoon/sketch has “Hunton Church”, back has “St. Pauls, Langleybury”.


Also a pencilled note “Adapted from the Statue Group by BIX”.


Back of the cartoon/sketch has Glasby’s Kensington address overwritten with Putney.
